I did tons of research before I finally settled onto ZLM for 2 pergola installations. Zach from sales was straightforward, up-front and fair without being pushy. The whole process was clearly delineated - order, shipping and install dates were communicated promptly. Ted and the installation crew were great guys to work with. There were a few small issues that were quickly addressed. I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent!!
