Working with Zach and the ZLM team has been overall a positive experience. With anything related to construction, there are always bound to be challenges. But what sets Zach and his team apart is their commitment to solving those challenges the right way. It’s clear they care deeply about their clients and projects. Highly recommended!

One of the harder things I’ve had to do in life is to wait so long to write a stellar review about a company that literally went over the top for us and our ideas with a backyard project. Zach and his team were truly exceptional; we were in coordination over several months as our ideas were discussed and eventually put into motion during the summer of 2024, and fully wrapped up by Thanksgiving 2024. The reason I waited nearly a year to write a review is because when I rate someone or something, I think it needs to be honest and true; and, that means observing a job’s structural integrity over time - not just the initial “ooh and ahh” reaction (which, I assure you, we are still getting to this day!). Our backyard addition was not a small job by any means, but they made our vision come true and the team was so great to work with. This is a company where they make you feel like family and they strive for your happiness. If anything needed to be addressed out of concern or mistake, it was discussed immediately and mended as needed. That’s what I like to see in a company that has integrity and respect. God willing, we are looking forward to our next big project with these guys in 2026! Thank you, Zach and ZLM team! We appreciate you all more than you know, and we will continue to pass on the good word and a job well done. We are loving every minute of hanging out with friends and family under our new addition!

This company did a good job when they were here. However, there was a huge lag between the start of the job and the end of the job. With no communication from them for 6 weeks.
