We had such a great experience working with Z.L.M Outdoor Living on our exposed aggregate concrete and deck expansion! From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail.

The exposed aggregate concrete turned out absolutely beautiful and completely elevated the look of our outdoor space. The deck expansion was done seamlessly and gave us so much more room to enjoy with family and friends. You can really tell they take pride in their work.

Dave, Denny, Jose and crew communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made everything stress-free. Zach and Andrew listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life in a way that works perfectly for our family.

I stopped by the showroom on a Saturday to check out the outdoor motorized screens and was impressed they had them in a working display in front of their building instead of a small sample, you could actually see how they looked and worked which was very helpful. Inside the store I was greeted by a very knowledgeable person I think was Catherine showed me around the store which had tons of outdoor furniture and ideas she took my contact information and was contacted by Zach and we set up a time for him to come over to the house for an estimate, he was able to quote the job while he was there and it seemed to be a reasonable price for what we were getting. Everything was ordered and came in much sooner than expected, they worked with us on an installation date and were there in a few days, the crew of Ted, Mike and Rob were very professional and knowledgeable naturally there were some issues with our porch and they were able to modify things to accommodate the screens without any sort of up charges which was very nice, I feel they went far and above what was needed and we are very impressed with how well the job turned out.
